A Driver Flees A Deadly Crash On Foot & The Hunt To Bring Him To Justice Continues
Luciano Ailon-Garcia has been charged with vehicular manslaughter and ranks among the Washington State Patrol's Most Wanted.

LYNDEN, WA — On August 28, 2016, authorities say Luciano Ailon-Garcia lost control of a Ford Explorer he was driving dangerously over the speed limit, causing the vehicle to fly 80 feet off the road and crash in a raspberry field.
The impact killed passenger Georgianna James, 32, and seriously injured another unidentified person who had also been in the vehicle. When responders showed up to the accident site, though, Ailon-Garcia was nowhere to be found. He had taken off on foot, and no one has seen him since.

Since fleeing, Ailon-Garcia has been charged with Hit and Run Death, Vehicular Homicide, and Vehicular Assault, and ranks among the Washington State Patrol’s Most Wanted.
He is also considered to be dangerous. Detectives believe Ailon-Garcia might still live in Whatcom County.
