ORIGINAL STORY (MARCH 12, 2019):
HAPEVILLE, GA — Since April 3, 2018, authorities have been on the hunt for Raymond Dean Holley, 61, who is wanted for two counts of child molestation and two counts of false imprisonment.

Police say the incident occurred last year on Easter Sunday, when Holley allegedly sexually abused his neighbor’s two grandchildren, who have been identified as a six-year-old girl and her three-year-old male cousin.
The kids were staying with their grandmother when they asked to go to Holley’s home nearby to watch a movie. When the girl’s mother returned later that night, she went to Holley’s to collect them, where she allegedly found him intoxicated.
When the mom asked why the kids asleep in his bed were wearing white T-shirts instead of their own clothes, he allegedly claimed the children had wet themselves and he'd hung their garments to dry. The mother grabbed the kids, went home, and then returned with the police.
Investigators reported that the little girl told her mom that Holley “kept trying to hug me, lifted up my shirt, and touched me down there,” and that the mother discovered a cut on the child’s vaginal region.
Hapeville Police Detective Stephen Cushing summed up the alleged abuse by telling the press, “Once [Holley] put them in the bed, he took advantage of the situation."
The cops brought Holley in for questioning, but determined he was too intoxicated to be interviewed. After rescheduling their interview appointment, Holley abandoned everything and hit the road.
When officers showed up at the suspect’s residence, a neighbor said that Holley had moved all of a sudden, and talked perhaps about relocating to Montana. Authorities believe, however, that Holley is likely still in Georgia.
