MARYVILLE, TN — A Tennessee man is accused of dipping his testicles into a salsa container in retaliation for what he claims was a low food-delivery tip. Alleged video of the incident was posted on Facebook, and the scrotum-dunker now faces up to 15 years behind bars.

Maryville Police allege that Howard Webb, 31, disgustingly tampered with a food order from El Jimador restaurant on January 12, while he was in the passenger seat of a vehicle being operated by a driver for a service called Dinner Delivered.

According to the arrest warrant, “Webb produced a video showing Webb placing his testicles in a salsa container and (the driver) is heard laughing.”

Webb also allegedly says on the video, “Oh, oh, it feels good on my balls!” and “This is what you get for an 89-cent tip for a half-hour drive!”

From there, the documents state, the food was delivered to a female customer.

The 14-second video was posted to Facebook and shared hundreds of times before Dinner Deliver took notice and alerted the authorities.

The delivery service said the unnamed driver had been fired and will never work for the company again. The driver has not been charged with any crimes but, police say, the investigation is ongoing.

In short order, officers arrested Webb and charged him with adulteration of food, liquids, or pharmaceuticals, which is a Class C felony. If convicted, Webb faces up to a $10,000 fine and 3 to 15 years in prison.

At present, Webb is being held at Blount County Jail in lieu of $45,000 bond.
