Police say Colleen Dickens robbed a Stripes store of cigarettes and $10 in cash on Thursday morning while wearing an oversized dog's head.

HOUSTON, TX — A Texas mother of two wearing an oversized costume dog’s head and a pair of wings robbed a Houston convenience store before leading cops on a car chase that ended with her arrest, according to police.
Police say Colleen Dickens, 30, robbed a Stripes store of cigarettes and $10 in cash on Thursday morning.
She then left the scene in a vehicle, but was stopped by officers following a car chase, The Smoking Gun reported.

Dickens exited the vehicle still wearing a large dog’s head, according to investigators.
According to criminal complaints obtained by The Smoking Gun, Dickens has been charged with robbery and using a motor vehicle to evade arrest and detention. She is being held in the Harris County jail on $12,500 bail.
Dickens’ mug shot was taken with a towel over her mouth due to the fact that she kept trying to spit on corrections officers.
