Fugitive Daniel Cook Caught Thanks to a Tip From an In Pursuit With John Walsh Viewer

The US Marshals confirm "In Pursuit with John Walsh" 15 Seconds of Shame 34-year-old Daniel Drvell Cook is under arrest.
Cook was featured in early 2020 on the show and was wanted for an alleged 2019 hit-and-run out of Michigan. Reports say the victim identified as 31-year-old Herman Walters II, also known as "Rocky" was hit at 85 mph and dragged. Cook took off from the scene, police say.
Reports say Cook was wanted for second degree murder and now the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office is also charging him with reckless driving, failing to stop at a stop sign, at the scene of an accident and operating a vehicle with suspended or revoked license causing death.
A tipster contacted Crime Stoppers directly over social media and gave specific information as to where he was hiding out. Cook is expected to appear in court in early July 2020.
