On September 24, 2012, police found the body of 39-year-old Tammy Palmer in Stony Point, NY. Police say Tammy was shot and killed.
At the time of her murder, according to reports, Tammy had a restraining order against her husband John Palmer. The couple was living on property owned by Eugene Palmer and Tammy refused to leave.
The investigation soon identified Eugene Palmer as the alleged killer. He’s been on the run ever since. In 2019 Palmer was added to the FBI’s Top 10 Most Wanted.
