LAS VEGAS, NV — A woman has been arrested and charged in Las Vegas after an elderly man died from injuries allegedly sustained when he was pushed out of a bus.
Cadesha Bishop, 25, has been charged with open murder on an elderly, vulnerable person, according to WFLA.
On March 21, witnesses said Bishop pushed the man, who police later identified as 74-year-old Serge Fournier, out of the bus door after getting into an argument with him and other passengers, according to the news station.
When Fournier passed Bishop in the aisle, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, witnesses stated that he told her "to be nicer to the passengers," as she was yelling profanities. She then allegedly shoved him off of the bus with both hands.
Police released the video footage in an attempt to get witnesses to come forward.

Police said Fournier refused medical attention at the scene, as reported by USA Today — but he then ended up at the hospital later that night. He died from complications of blunt-force torso injuries on April 23.
The coroner later ruled Fournier's death a homicide.
Bishop was arrested on May 6, and is due in court for a hearing on May 23.
