Accused Incest Dad Denies Sex With Daughter, Says He Just Gave Her Cup Of His Semen

WARREN, MI — A Michigan man has been arrested for incest and sexual assault after, authorities say, he fathered a child with his own daughter. He, however, claims that he never had sex with his daughter, that he just gave her a cup of his semen — but he “doesn’t know what she did with it.”
Gregory St. Andre, 37, is accused of sexually abusing his now 20-year-old daughter and getting her pregnant. After the daughter gave birth to a baby boy in February, her mother went to the police to report her suspicions of incest.
St. Andre’s unidentified wife, who has filed for divorce, told the press that she and other family members had long suspected the abuse. She added that they were unable to convince Child Protective Services of the crisis, and that her daughter refused help, with St. Andre further thwarting their efforts.
Michelle Truszkowski, the daughter’s aunt, told reporters: “We’ve been through this for years. It’s just madness. It’s tearing the family apart.”
St. Andre pleaded not guilty to three counts of third-degree sexual misconduct. He says he never had sex with the daughter, but he has not denied being the baby’s father. He also has listed his relationship status on Facebook as: “It’s Complicated.”
Instead, St. Andre maintains that he “willingly” gave the daughter a cup of his semen, but he “doesn’t know what she did with it.” Details as to exactly how or why St. Andre came to bestow a cup of his semen upon his daughter have not yet been made public.
After St. Andre was freed on bond, a judge set a “no contact” order between the accused father and his daughter. Family members said that St. Andre ignored the injunction and repeatedly reached out to the daughter and her boyfriend via telephone and social media.
On Monday, prosecutors filed an emergency motion to revoke St. Andre’s bond. The judge raised it to $60,000 cash, and defense said St. Andre has “gotten the message.”
St. Andre reportedly has five other children who he has also been ordered to not contact. He is due back in court for a pre-trial hearing on June 26.
