Corey Feldman Names Another Alleged Child Molester
Corey Feldman has revealed the name of an actor who allegedly molested him in the 1980s.
He told Dr. Mehmet Oz on Thursday’s episode of the show that actor Jon Grissom, who starred with Feldman and the late Corey Haim in License to Drive and Dream a Little Dream, sexually abused him.
He also revealed that Grissom has pictures on his MySpace and Facebook pages of himself posing with Feldman and Haim.
“This guy, on his Myspace page and his Facebook page, has pictures of me and Corey Haim,” Feldman claimed on the show. “He still taunts it and flaunts it.”
The actor had mentioned the alleged assaulter in his 2013 memoir Coreyography, but changed his name to “Ron Crimson” for legal purposes.
“The lawyers made me change the names,” Feldman added. “They gave me a list of three or four names. I picked the one that sounded closest to his name.”
“It seems to me like they are going to take it seriously,” Feldman said.
“They are going to do an interview with me when I get back to Los Angeles. However, they did give me the warning that based on the statute of limitations, they can only open an investigation, but they cannot promise that it will be prosecuted.”
The show later released a video saying its attorneys believe Grissom was imprisoned in 2003 for child molestation. Grissom, who now is said to be living in Mexico, has previously denied the allegations.
“We’ve had an amazing interview,” Feldman said of Dr. Oz in a video clip released from the show. “I think he’s really on my team and he’s going to help me get to the bottom of finding out exactly who these people are, where they are located and hopefully bringing them to justice and bringing them into the light.”
Last week, on Megyn Kelly Today, Feldman named former talent manager and convicted sex offender Marty Weiss as another abuser. He also referred to another alleged unnamed predator, who he said “ran a child’s club in Hollywood” and is “working for the L.A. Dodgers.”
Last month, Feldman launched an Indiegogo campaign and is seeking $10 million to fund a film that he says will name the abusers. He claims that he needs the money to provide security to himself and his family and to fight legal costs as well as for production.
